Design Thinking for Business Innovation
Course Overview: 

Today’s interconnected, competitive and dynamic landscape requires individuals and firms to re-imagine how they approach business.  Solving complex, messy real-world problems, often involves a multi-disciplinary team working collaboratively, and involves combining creative and analytical approaches.  This program will help participants understand this process and learn how to apply it back at their workplace.

 

Who Should Attend: 

The program is designed for individuals and/or teams who work in driving innovation and in developing creative solutions to real world problems.   It is also appropriate for executives and managers who work in this space.

Acquired Skills: 

Participants will leave the program with practical skills and tools to apply immediately in the workplace.
